FRUIT, PROTEIN, HEALTHY FATS, HEALTHY CARBS
– 300ml Almond Milk
– 1 Scoop Protein Powder - Use Banana Protein, Flavoured Ensure, Chocolate Whey or Vanilla Collagen
– 1/2 a Banana
– 2 teaspoons Raw Honey
– 3 teaspoons Cashew Nut Butter or Almond Butter
– 3 teaspoons of Coconut Oil
– a dash of chopped spinach
